Married At First Sight's Martha Kalifatidis has left fans speechless after she shared footage of fiancé Michael Brunelli helping unclog one of her blocked milk ducts.

In the video posted to Instagram Thursday evening, Michael, 34, is seen sucking one of Martha's breasts, after one of her glands was not properly drained after feeding their newborn son Lucius.

'You have got to suck harder than that. The baby sucks harder than that. It's not one constant, it has to be, like, sucking,' demands Martha in the clip.  

'How do I suck it harder than that? I got no strength in my suck [in this position],' Michael is heard snapping back, while lying on the floor of their lounge room holding a coffee mug.  

'Omg I can feel it empty,' Martha responds in relief, in between fits of giggles.

'You've got to breathe through your nose. It's like giving a b***job, you've really got to focus on the breathing more than any part of it,' she explained to her doting partner. 

Moments later, she told Michael: 'Babe I think we've done it.'

Many fans were left shocked after watching the video, with one writing: 'I think you've reached a new level of oversharing.'

'Omg whattt, my husband wouldn't even try my breast milk from a glass,' quipped another, before a third kept their comment short and sweet.

'OMGGGGGG,' they wrote. 

However, some fans praised the couple on posting a candid video.

'You've reached a whole new level of relationship goals right here,' they commented.

Another wrote: 'Omg! Now that's a real man! There is no way my husband would of done that.'

'Love the raw honesty of this!' added one more.

Michael and Martha announced the birth of their son Lucius on February 27.

'Lucius Brunelli. He's here, he's perfect,' Martha wrote alongside an image of the newborn wrapped in a baby blanket.

In the comments below the post, Michael, 32, clarified how to pronounce the child's name, writing, ''LOO-SHUS', if you're wondering'.

WHAT IS A BLOCKED MILK DUCT? 

A blocked milk duct is when one of the glands in the breast that make milk are not properly drained during a feed.

The condition affects up to one in five women, equating to tens of thousands of new mothers in the UK every year.

It can occur if a baby does not take breast deeply enough to feed effectively — called a 'shallow latch'.

But it can also be caused if the breast tissue is irritated for other reasons.

These can include wearing a bra that is too tight, a seatbelt digging into the breast on a long car journey or sleeping in a position that puts weight onto the breast.

The condition causes the area of the breast where the blockage is to feel hard and painful.

It might also be warm to touch and slightly tender.

A blocked milk duct can be cleared by continuing to breast feed and getting help with a baby's position and attachment to the breast.

If a block milk duct is not resolved quickly, it can lead to mastitis — a common condition that causes inflammation and pain in the breast. 

Mastitis can cause a swollen, red or dark area on the breast, flu-like symptoms and nipple discharged. A GP may prescribe antibiotics to treat the condition.
