The Bachelor's Matty 'J' Johnson looks wrecked after 7km run in Sydney’s sweltering heat
Matty Johnson put himself through the wringer on Tuesday as he stepped out in Sydney's sweltering heat to go for a run.
The Bachelor star, 35, posted to Instagram looking wrecked as he shared the stats of his almost-seven kilometre run.
With his mouth open in a pant and sweat pouring down his face, the reality television star clearly regretted his decision to exercise on the hot day.
'Going for a run was about as awful as you'd expect,' he captioned the exhausted looking photo.
Johnson may be keeping in shape in preparation to welcome a third child alongside his two daughters Marlie-Mae, three and Lola Ellis, one.

His wife Laura Byrne, who he met on The Bachelor in 2017, has recently said she was keen to have more children.
When asked by a fan if she's planning on having more kids, Byrne, 36, excitedly responded: 'Depends on the day!'
She continued: 'Actually depends on the exact moment of the day. If you ask me post toddler meltdown, I'd say no. All other times it's a yes!'

In May last year, the couple revealed they weren't rushing to have any more children, and were instead prioritising their wedding, which happened in November.
In February, the couple shared a cheeky video showing how their lives have changed on Valentine's Day.
The couple were seen jumping on a bed of roses together while kissing with the saxophone from George Michael's Careless Whisper playing in the background.

'V Day before kids' was written on the screen and the video then moves to the 'after kids' stage by showing Johnson and Byrne lying in bed together looking bored.
Johnson took a retainer out of his mouth and asked his partner, 'It's Valentine's Day. Do you want to have a cuddle?'
Byrne, who was wearing a facial mask, responded unenthusiastically with, 'Let's just do it tomorrow.'
'Ahhhhh Valentine's Day, keeping the spark alive,' Johnson wrote next to the video.
