Peacock's Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season three teased no shortage of drama as the cast erupted in multiple heated arguments while visiting Thailand. 

Despite getting to party on a yacht, feed elephants and a pampering session at the spa, the women's vacation was overshadowed by incessant fighting and jabs at each other's expense. 

At one point, Real Housewives Miami's Alexia Nepola can be seen screaming at her costar, Marysol Patton, who slammed the beauty expert for being ingenious.

'You think you are my friend, but you told everyone I have a fake marriage,' Patton fires at Nepola while in the car while both were dressed to the nines.

Nepola quickly retorted: 'You know what? You f**king need to get on pills. Your brain is, like, fried.'

Later, McSweeney, who is sober, admitted that she was fearful to be set up by one of her castmates like Alice (Claire Danes) in the 1999 Brokedown Palace, who is accused of drug smuggling and are sentenced to spend 33 years in prison.

'What if one of the women tries to frame me and, like, gets drugs from someone and puts it in my bag?' the Real Housewives of New York City alum said in a confessional.

She then asked the cameras: 'Haven't you ever seen that movie with Claire Danes? Brokedown Palace.' 

The mom-of-one, who initially joked about what could possibly go wrong with 'eight Housewives in a foreign country,' is then recorded laying on the floor in pain.

As a team of medics step in to assist her, a confused man asks: 'This is real and not TV?'

After someone assures him her pain is 'real,' McSweeney is taken to a hospital. 

Amid the drama, Real Housewives of Atlanta's Porsha Williams provided some comedic relief as she and Real Housewives of Potomac's Gizelle Bryant joked about their trip to the massage parlor. 

After Bryant, 52, claimed she got a 'happy ending,' her pal quipped: she wanted her 'money back 'cause ain't nobody touched' her like that.

Many of the Housewives also grilled Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Heather Gay about her costar Jen Shah's legal woes for running a years-long telemarketing scheme. 

When Bryant asked if she knew Shah was lying, Gay said she was 'either lied to me five minutes before she went into the courtroom, or she lied to the judge.' 

Williams replaced Tinsley Mortimer, 46, in the cast of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 3.

According to People, Mortimer left the production for 'personal reasons.'

The new installment in the popular franchise started filming July 18 in Thailand and will be released next month. 

Ahead of shooting, a source told Page Six that the new season might be packed with quite a bit of drama: 'Porsha and Candiace are expected to clash as Porsha took Monique Samuels’ side in the women’s explosive feud on The Real Housewives of Potomac. There’s going to be a lot of drama to unpack there.' 

The rest of the cast also includes Candiace Dillard-Bassett and Whitney Rose.
