The father-of-two paraded his incredible eight-pack abs at a Bali water park on Wednesday.
He hit the water shirtless at Waterbom, one of Bali's top tourist destinations, and also showed off his fantastic surfing skills on the FlowRider attraction.

Matty posted some fun Instagram photos of his buff bod, and jokingly called himself a 'kook'.

He added: 'I've always dreamt of spending a birthday at a waterpark in Kuta... after 35 years I was able to make this a reality.'

His relationship with Laura is still going strong five years after meeting on season five of The Bachelor in 2017.
Matty was thrilled with his birthday outing and posted some fun photos from the day on his Instagram page
The pair got engaged in 2019 after Matty popped the question on holiday in Fiji.
Matty previously starred on Georgia Love's season of The Bachelorette in 2016, before becoming The Bachelor himself a year later.
The couple both have their own podcasts.
Laura co-hosts the popular Life Uncut podcast with fellow Bachelor alum Brittany Hockley, and Matty hosts a financial show called The Penny Drops.
