Married At First Sight star Martha Kalifatidis reveals her 'crazy' ex-boyfriend's bizarre attempt to snoop on her in the bathroom

Former Married At First Sight star Martha Kalifatidis spoke about her 'crazy ex-boyfriends' during an appearance on KIIS FM's Will and Woody on Wednesday.

The influencer, 33, who is engaged to her partner-of-three-years Michael Brunelli, said she once dated a man who was bizarrely concerned about how long she spent in the bathroom.

She claimed he changed the door to the bathroom so she couldn't lock it, after he became obsessed with her lengthy showers and skincare routine.

'I was living with my ex and I came home from work one day and was having a shower and getting ready to chill on the couch,' Martha explained. 

'Sometimes we [women] take a long time because we're shaving our legs, putting a mask on...

'Said ex comes and knocks on the door. He wanted me to open the door. He was like, "Can you open the door. Why won't you unlock the door? What are you doing in there?"'

Martha said she refused to unlock the door and he 'got angry'.

'I don't know what he thought I was doing... he was angry about that. He was so upset, made the biggest scene,' she revealed.

Martha said she came home the next day and he had just changed the door. 

'I get home and was busting to go to the bathroom and he had taken the bathroom door off and swapped it with the hallway door, so it no longer had a lock,' she said.

'So I no longer had any privacy in our apartment... So I could no longer do anything in the bathroom.'
