Aha! Everyone's favourite Norwich DJ is back, and fans will be pleased to know that he is as cringeworthy as ever! For this very personal series, Alan (Steve Coogan) has returned from a year working in Saudi Arabia on some lucrative voiceover work, and is keen to check in on the mental health of the nation. Follow the broadcaster over six episodes as he sets out on a quest to understand what's going on with the nation's minds - as well as his own.
'Britain is in crisis and without swift action our minds will implode and yet no one has done anything about it until now!' So, in what is surely Britain's first ever documentary on mental health, Alan will be stopping, crouching down and asking Britain: How are you? And, of course, he will be joined by some old faces, with Felicity Montagu back as loyal (or is that deluded) assistant Lynn Benfield and Tim Key as (former) sidekick Simon Denton, while Katherine Kelly joins the cast as Alan's girlfriend Katrina.
