Lorraine was thrown into chaos on Wednesday after a cameraman crashed to the ground at the worst possible moment - and guest Nathan Sykes gasped 'I hope they are okay!'

The latest instalment of the ITV show saw singer, 32 - best known for being part of boyband The Wanted - chat to step-in host Ranvir Singh, 48, about his new album Ultraviolet.

After chatting about his new music and his wife Charlotte, Ranvir touched upon how he was recently diagnosed with autism.

'Autism spectrum disorder is a condition related to brain development that affects how people see others and socialize with them,' according to Mayo Clinic.

As the star opened up about how the diagnosis helped him 'understand and accept himself', there was a huge crash behind the camera, while he was mid-sentence.

A shocked Nathan gasped: 'Oh!'

Ranvir looked back and added: 'Someone has fallen over there. That's okay...'

'I hope they are okay!' Nathan added.

But like true professionals the pair carried on with the interview.

Nathan said: 'I think that the diagnosis was a massive help at me understanding myself.

'Being able to process that, and I think accept myself because I think for so long, I've always felt like there is a part of me that I didn't quite understand.

'I've said no to so many opportunities because I didn't know how I work in certain situations, I always felt quite unpredictable.'

Talking about the loss of his bandmate Tom Parker, who died from a brain tumour aged 33 in 2022, Ranvir pointed out how he had therapy to help understand his feelings.

Nathan said: 'I think with autism, everyone experiences it differently.

'Everyone will react different in different situations. So it is not a one size fits all. But for me I struggled to understand emotions.

'And read emotional queues.'

He added: 'I have to work slightly differently as a writer to be able to get the best out of me.

'But I think since the diagnosis, it's allowed me to put myself in a position where I'm like oh actually I can put myself in conversations now and actually say yes to things that I wouldn't have said yes to before.'

Ranvir also brought up the exciting news that Nathan recently tied the knot with his wife Charlotte.

The couple started dating in 2018 and got engaged in 2022.

Nathan and Charlotte made their debut on the Pride of Britain red carpet earlier this week and Ranvir wanted to know a little bit more about his wife.

He said: 'Charlotte is amazing. I think she is going to get some stick in the office that she's just been laid out in a bikini on morning TV.'

He added: 'She's amazing. She's absolutely incredible. She's got an amazing music brain.

'She's like a human juke box. I just love her dearly. She's incredible.'

The pair tied the knot in a lavish ceremony the couple announced on Monday.

Hours after sharing the happy news the lovebirds made their red carpet debut as husband and wife at the Pride Of Britain Awards 2025 at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

Nathan, 32, who popped the question in 2022, took to his Instagram with a stunning snap of the pair on their big day earlier this month at Birdsall House, a stately home in North Yorkshire.

The singer cut dapper figure in a black tuxedo alongside bride Charlotte who looked sensational in a dramatic ivory gown with veil while carrying a bouquet of red roses.

Fans rushed to share their congratulations and gushed: 'You both look perfect. I hope the day was everything you both hoped for and more. Cheers to a future of pure happiness!': 'Beautiful! Congrats to the both of them': 'Ahhhhh congratulations'.

Nathan and Charlotte were once again dressed to impress as they graced the red carpet at the Pride of Britain Awards on Monday.

The singer looked smart in a black suit while Charlotte commanded attention in a maroon cape sleeved gown.

Clearly still in the honeymoon period, the beauty took to her Instagram to share snaps of her place card which featured her new surname.

Nathan announced his engagement to his long-term girlfriend after proposing during a romantic beach-break in picturesque St. Lucia.

He confirmed the news with Instagram followers with accompanying images revealing the moment Burke accepted his surprise proposal.

In a romantic twist the star had chosen the very same Caribbean beach his partner's parents had married on - making the occasion all the more poignant.

Captioning the photos, he wrote: 'A few nights ago I took @_charlotteburke_ to the same beach in Saint Lucia that her parents got married on many years ago to ask her a certain question and … She Said Yes!!!'

Lorraine airs weekdays from 9am on ITV1 and is available to stream on ITVX.
