A Place In The Sun host Jasmine Harman has admitted that 'everything that could go wrong went wrong' while renovating her new Spanish home.
The TV presenter, who relocated to Spain last year, said the project had been putting a 'strain' on her marriage as she filmed the 'rollercoaster' new series of a Channel 4 show.
The whole process has been filmed as part of a new show, Jasmine's Renovation in the Sun, which is set to air next month.
It follows the family step by step as they travel to Southern Spain to buy and renovate the run-down 1980s villa they now live in.
Jasmine, 49, joined the Loose Women panel on Wednesday to open up on her life lately, after making the move alongside husband Jon Boast and children Albion and Joy.
Despite taking the decision in order to spend more time with her family, she told panellists Christine Lampard, Coleen Nolan, Janet Street-Porter, and Katie Piper that finishing their dream home had meant that was put on hold.

'You would not believe the amount of strain my husband gave me during the renovation and filming process,' Jasmine revealed.
'We moved to Spain and never had the intention of doing a renovation project. It ended up being like a real-life episode of A Place In The Sun.
'We couldn't agree on any of the properties we saw.
'In the end, we saw this place and sort of looked at each other like, 'Are we actually going to do this?' And we knew that it was a means to an end, a stepping stone to a life that we wanted.
'We were super lucky. We had such fantastic teams of people doing different trades and everything kind of fell into place.
'That's not to say that we didn't have our fair share of ups and downs.
'Pretty much everything that you could think of going wrong went wrong, plus a few extra dramatic things that happened, just to add to the rollercoaster that is renovating a house overseas.'
She explained that the whole process had been 'much harder' than she'd anticipated when they set out on the project last year.

Jon and Jasmine decided to move to the continent so they could spend more time together as a family
'I moved abroad thinking, "I've helped people do this for 20 years", she said. 'I went into it thinking it was going to be a breeze.
'Just even settling in, it was much harder than I thought it was going to be.
'I think taking on a full renovation is not for the faint hearted, but in another country, it's even more challenging.'
Jasmine has been the presenter of A Place In The Sun since 2004, and has filmed more than 200 episodes since joining the series.
During her time on screen, she's also hosted BBC One documentary My Hoarder Mum and Me, Britain's Biggest Hoarders, Britain's Compulsive Shoppers and The Truth About Your Teeth.
She is also a familiar face to telly fans and is also known for her travel segments on This Morning and Good Morning Britain.
It comes after Jasmine took to her social media to reveal her bloodied body after falling down a marble staircase, saying she 'managed to do something quite bad to her elbow', which was cut open.
She acquired a lump on her bum that 'wasn't there before' and hit her leg and other wrist as she took a tumble on the stairs of her new home.
She said: '[I fell down] the marble stairs, the stairs that I say to my kids everyday "be careful on the stairs" and I am feeling a bit sorry for myself.'
Jasmine said that the pain in her upper body was so intense that she was left 'hobbling around'.
The presenter captioned the clip: 'What things do you constantly tell the kids to watch out for that you end up doing yourself?
'I am shamelessly feeling sorry for myself and in need of sympathy.'
A Place in the Sun is available to stream on Channel 4.
