While Real Housewives of Salt Lake City continues its fifth season Wednesday night's on Bravo, some real-life legal drama is coming to a close.
RHOSLC star Heather Gay has emerged victorious in a legal battle over Monica Garcia, who was a main cast member in Season 4, via The US Sun.
Gay, 50, filed a lawsuit against Garcia, 40, back in August 2023 for breach of contract, alleging Garcia never paid for services provided by Gay's company Beauty Lab, which comes months after Garcia's surprising RHOSLC exit.
The initial lawsuit was for just $2,000, which a judge awarded her when approving a proposed judgment put forth by Beauty Lab, which was approved Monday.
The judge also made her pay a pre-judgment interest rate of 18% from February 2020 to October 2024 which totals $1,683.62, plus a $15 late fee, costs and fees of $604.98 associated with the lawsuit, and Beauty Lab's attorney’s fees totaling $31,550, for a grand total of $35,853.60.

The judge also ordered that Gay's company can collect, 'post-judgment interest' at a rate of 18% until the judgment amount is paid in full.
'Plaintiff is entitled to recover all future collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees incurred in enforcing and collecting this judgment,' the filing read.
Monica's attorney Larry Reed fired back at the judgment, disputing having to pay Gay's attorney fees in the settlement.
'The amount of fees sought by plaintiff is greatly excessive in view of the amount in dispute in this action,' the filing read.
However, the judge denied the request, though Reed later revealed they will be appealing that judgment.
'An appeal will be filed. We are confident,' Reed said in a brief statement about the ongoing matter.
The initial lawsuit filed last August stated that Garcia signed a contract with Beauty Lab in December 2019 to pay $2,449 for 'cosmetic injection services.'
The lawsuit alleges that Garcia only paid one initial payment of $449, a $400 down payment plus a $49 set-up fee.
After that, Garcia was supposed to make 10 monthly payments of $200 but never made any such payment.
The company argued that they, 'suffered, and continues to suffer, significant losses and damages' from Garcia's failure to pay up.

A month after the original lawsuit, Garcia filed a countersuit for ' breach of independent duty of care, breach of contract, and breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing'
A month after the original lawsuit, Garcia filed a countersuit for 'breach of independent duty of care, breach of contract, and breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing.'
She admitted to only paying the $449 in that filing, but said that she didn't pay because she felt she, 'received defective, negligently given injections, which did not have the intended, promised result.'
She added Beauty Lab's injections were 'botched' and resulted in her going to a, 'competent party to fix the damage.'
Garcia's countersuit was dismissed back in January, due to statute of limitations and since she, 'failed to obtain a certificate of compliance from the Division of Professional Licensing.'
