Ben Affleck's awkward response as he's dragged into Real Housewives drama
Ben Affleck has addressed whether or not he knows Lisa Barlow of The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC) fame.
The actor was asked by Access Hollywood whether he knew anything about Barlow's claim that she had gone to an event with 'Ben and Blake' last September.
Barlow, who was seemingly referring to Affleck and Blake Lively, used the excuse to explain why she couldn't film with her Bravo co-stars.

Affleck, who is busy promoting his new Netflix film The Rip, was shown a photo of Barlow and asked if he recognized her.
The actor hesitated to answer as he didn't want to 'get anybody in trouble.'
However, his co-star Matt Damon prompted him to consider when he might last have been in Utah, where Barlow's 'event' would have likely taken place.
Affleck estimated that he hadn't been to the state in possibly a decade.
He went on to say that the brunette star 'doesn’t look familiar to me, and I don’t remember it,' adding, 'I don’t want to embarrass her.'
'I don’t think I’m qualified to weigh in on this,' he concluded.

Affleck met Barlow on at least one occasion, which was proven when she shared a photo of them together on social media in August 2024.
While it's unclear when the image was taken, the TV star posted the snap amid the filmmaker's very public split from second ex-wife Jennifer Lopez.
She also shared a separate photo with Lopez at the time, and quipped, 'I didn't pick sides.'

During another recent press stop, Affleck and Damon opened up about their decades-long friendship.
The pals revealed to the Today show's Craig Melvin what their 'least favorite' things about each other.
'Um, [he's] not great at cleaning up around the house,' Affleck said about Damon, to which his friend objected, 'Hey! [That was] when I was younger.'

Damon later named Affleck's lateness as the thing that bugs him most.
'We got here this morning and Ben was three minutes early. He got here before me and that's the first time in 45 years he has not been late,' he teased.
The banter continued as Affleck hit back: 'Oh my god, that's a complete myth. I work hard. I'm doing other stuff.'
He also joked that his acting counterpart lives 'the life of luxury' as he went on, 'You come out of the trailer and everything's done magically. How do you think it gets that way? But it's fine.'
The frequent collaborators, whose 1997 movie Good Will Hunting earned them an Oscar, star in Joe Carnahan's thriller about Miami cops who seize millions of dollars.
