President Joe Biden admitted that his end-of-the-year goal to pass his $1.75 trillion Build Back Better bill in Congress will be unlikely, saying it will take the next couple of 'days or weeks' to do so. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell celebrated on the Senate floor Thursday that the President's bill had been stalled.
