Trump unleashes on Democrats for letting Haitian migrant accused of brutal killing of Florida mom into US as he shares shocking attack video
President Donald Trump unleashed on Democrats as he shared a horrific video of an illegal immigrant beating a woman to death with a hammer outside a gas station.
Rolbert Joachin, 40, a Haitian native who entered the United States in August 2022, is accused of bludgeoning a 51-year-old mother with a hammer, leaving her to die in the Chevron parking lot in Fort Myers, Florida at around 7.20am last Friday.
Joachin has since confessed to fatally beating the woman to death and is now facing charges including murder without premeditation, criminal mischief and damage of property over $1,000, according to the Miami Herald.
Trump shared shocking surveillance footage of the crime on Thursday as he hit out at the immigration policies that allowed Joachin to stay in the country.
The Haitian native had been ordered to be deported from the US in 2022, but the Biden administration granted him Temporary Protected Status, which expired in 2024, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
'An Illegal Alien Criminal from Haiti, who was released into our Country by the WORST President in History, Crooked Joe Biden, and the Radical Democrats in Congress, just beat an innocent woman to death with a hammer at a gas station in Florida,' he wrote on his Truth Social platform.
'The video of her brutal slaying is one of the most vicious things you will ever see,' the president then warned.

The victim exited the store to confront him when Joachin attacked
He went on to argue that Joachin 'was allowed to stay here because the Biden Administration granted him, and all Haitians, “Temporary Protective Status,” a massively abused and fraudulent program which my Administration is working to terminate, but Deranged Liberal District Court Judges are standing in our way.'
Trump then said he hopes the woman's death is 'enough for these Radical Judges to STOP impeding my Administration’s Immigration Policies, and allow us to END THIS SCAM ONCE AND FOR ALL.'
'NEVER FORGET that Joe Biden and the Democrat Party turned the United States of America into a dumping ground, allowing Tens of MILLIONS of Criminals, Lunatics and the Mentally Insane from all over the world to our into our country, totally unvetted and unchecked through our wide Open Borders,' he continued.
'As I've said all along, if you import the Third World, you become the Third World, and that is what happened over the four years of Democrat control.'
Trump then claimed that if Democrats were to retake power in Washington DC 'they will immediately REOPEN the Border and allow America to once again be a Safe Haven for Criminals.'
'I don't recommend you watch this tape, because it is so terrible, but felt I had an obligation to put it up so that people can see what Democrats are protecting, and wanting to come into our Country, even now, after all we've been through,' he wrote, after promising to 'ensure quick and severe JUSTICE is served in this case.'
The horrifying footage shows a man, whom authorities have identified as Joachin, banging on a black SUV in the parking lot of the gas station - prompting the victim to exit the store and confront him.
When she then asked him what he was doing, Joachin could be seen striking her across the face, causing her to fall to the ground.
He then continued striking her as she lie face down.

The victim was later found by first responders not breathing and lying in a pool of blood around her head.
Those who knew the victim said her name was named Easmin, a mother of two teenage daughters who hails from Bangladesh, according to the Gulf Coast News.
Witnesses told police they had seen the man who attacked the convenience store employee smashing her car's windshield, and other gas station employees said they recognized the suspect.
When Joachin's photo began to circulate during a seven-hour manhunt for the suspect, authorities said at least four police officers recognized Joachin from prior incidents - including a detainment on March 24, when he was found to be in possession of a stolen backpack.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents then assisted Fort Myers police in the arrest, after which, officers said, he 'provided a detailed confession about the murder.'
Joachin will remain behind bars without bond ahead of his arraignment, scheduled for May 4
As part of that confession, Joachin said he went to the gas station 'specifically to kill the victim' and wore the same clothes as the day prior, so that she would recognize him, according to court documents obtained by the Naples Daily News.
He had been at the convenience store just the night before, when he demanded cash from the clerk, who would not give him the money, the owner and landlord of the D & D store where the bludgeoning happened told a Bangladeshi news outlet.
Authorities also said he had a knife in his other hand as he attacked the convenience store worker.
Joachin will now remain behind bars without bond ahead of his arraignment, scheduled for May 4.
In the meantime, ICE has issued a hold against Joachin and the Department of Homeland Security said he will be deported regardless of the case's outcome.
