Seeing double! Princess Diana's nieces Amelia and Eliza stun in sheer, pastel looks as Spencer twins mirror each other at Venice Film Festival

Princess Diana's nieces Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza Spencer stunned in coordinated, ethereal ensembles as they returned to Venice to attend the 82nd edition of the Film Festival.

Twin sisters Amelia and Eliza, 33, looked breathtaking in complementary sheer gowns by Australian couturier Cappellazzo Atelier for the premiere of Julia Roberts' new film 'After The Hunt' on 29 August.

The blonde beauties, who are both models, graced the red carpet together, with Amelia plumping for a midriff-baring number in peach tones and newly-engaged Eliza opting for a one-shouldered style in a subtle shade of blue.

Posing side by side, the daughters of Charles Spencer mirrored each other, raising their arms to reveal the movement in their asymmetric cape-dresses - both of which featured billowing skirts with ruched waistbands.

Their outfits, while elegant, left little to the imagination, with the lightweight fabric barely concealing their underwear from Italian lingerie and loungewear brand Intimissimi.

They paired their ensembles with sandals by Parisian brand Roger Vivier, specifically the designer's Jewel Heel Sandals.

Amelia wore her long, blonde hair in a stylish ponytail while Eliza sported a sleek up-do featuring fine plaits.

Both decked out in diamonds, Amelia, who is also a wedding planner, accessorised with an elaborate choker in the shape of foliage and a pair of understated sparkling stud earrings.

Eliza, meanwhile, wore a diamond necklace featuring a large, blue stone to complement her aqua ensemble, adding a pair of glistening statement earrings.

The pair also opted for matching make-up looks, with both sisters wearing pink blush to draw attention to their chiseled cheekbones, bronze eyeshadow and rose-coloured lipstick.

The Spencer sisters' coordinated appearance in Venice on Friday, August 29, marked a departure from the more individual looks that they chose when they first attended the Film Festival in 2021.

Four years ago, Amelia donned a high-neck bejewelled, black gown with a sheer back by Italian designer Alberta Ferretti while Eliza wore a pale pink strapless number by the same designer.

Amelia and Eliza's trip to Venice this time around was, however, fleeting, with the twins spotted at the airport in much more relaxed - but still complementary - ensembles yesterday.

For their departure, they twinned in matching silk ensembles, with Amelia opting for a silky, grey co-ord and trainers and Eliza wearing a similar design in midnight blue with white Hermes sliders.

The two smiling women wore their hair loose and accessorised with sunglasses as they pushed their wheelie cases through the airport.

Earlier this summer, Amelia provided a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the Santorini holiday she shared Eliza after her lookalike sister got engaged.

Eliza announced her engagement to Channing Millerd at the end of July.

And, at the beginning of August, Amelia, posted a series of celebratory snaps aboard the yacht on which the twins and their respective beaus set sail in the Aegean Sea.

Clad in a yellow, asymmetric maxi skirt and matching top by Saudi brand Leem, wedding planner and model Amelia embraced her newly-engaged sister, who was wearing a short, white summer dress.

The two striking young women looked nothing short of stunning with their long, blonde hair blowing in the wind.

While model Eliza's pear-shaped diamond ring, believed to be worth £40,000, was not visible in the photos, the bride-to-be's wide smile revealed her joy at fiancé Channing's recent proposal.

Channing, a businessman and tech entrepreneur who, like Eliza, grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, also appeared in the photos.

In one image, Channing and Amelia's nutrition and fitness coach husband Greg Mallet were pictured together shirtless.

Amelia and Greg, who married in South Africa earlier this year, also wrapped their arms around each other for another photo.

Proud Amelia captioned the photos: 'Setting sail in Santorini @sunsetoiasailing. Celebrating our favourite two getting engaged'.

The twins' older sister, Kitty, 34, added 'Heaven!' in the comments section while Eliza and Channing both said 'Best day'.

Eliza originally revealed her engagement on Instagram alongside a selection of photographs from the proposal, which took place in Santorini.

After almost a decade together, Channing popped the question to Eliza in a stunning setting during sunset on the Greek island.

In the post, captioned 'Forever and ever', Eliza shared a sweet photograph of her lovingly looking at her fiancée.

The snap showcased the model's new ring, which features a lavish pear-shaped diamond.

A second photograph appeared to capture the moment Channing got down on one knee to the model during a romantic candlelit dinner overlooking the sea.

Eliza, a first cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry, put on an elegant display for the special moment in a silk red halter-neck dress and brown sandals.

Friends and family rushed to congratulate the couple in the comment section, including Eliza's twin sister, Lady Amelia Spencer, who wrote, 'The best news ever', before adding, 'I couldn't be happier for you both!

'The BEST NEWS IN THE WORLD. I love you both with all my heart! The perfect couple and dream engagement.'

The model's elder sister, Lady Kitty Spencer, 34, also congratulated the couple on Instagram, writing, 'So happy for you and love you both very much @elizavspencer @channingmillerd.'
