Iconic musician Cher has never held back about discussing her plastic surgery procedures and cosmetic treatments - admitting she has gone under the knife several times in an effort to 'turn back time.'
Previously, the star has admitted to a handful of procedures, including a face lift and a rhinoplasty.
She's been praised for her ageless looks by many fans over the years, and even at 79, she still looks amazing.
But what would the legendary pop star look like without any plastic surgery?
Now, new dramatic, computer-generated images have revealed the answer to that question.
Artificial intelligence was told to analyze photos of the timeless beauty when she was younger and make a variety of predictions about what she should look like at age 79 had she kept everything natural.
The results were quite a shakeup from what she looks like now, as they showed the star with wrinkles and crow's feet around her eyes.
In 1984, during an interview with British broadcaster Terry Wogan, she spoke about the stigma that surrounds plastic surgery, according to NewBeauty, and shared that she had done one procedure at the time.

'You admit to one thing and then everyone has you doing everything,' she told Wogan at the time, per the outlet.
'I mean, I've had one thing done,' she continued.
'This is not to say I wouldn't, if I needed to have something done, I would certainly be the first one in the line to the doctor.'
Four years later, in 1988, she spoke out about rumors that she had her ribs removed, only to be even more open around the topic.
'I've been upfront about saying that I had my nose done, my breasts done and had braces on my teeth.
'The rest is nonsense,' she said at the time.
More recently, in 2018, Cher spoke about her facelift with Mail on Sunday, confirming that she had undergone one.
'Yes, I have had a facelift, but who hasn't?' she said.

A spokesperson for Cher told Gossip List: 'There is absolutely no plans for a wedding in her future.'
Instead of wedding planning Cher is opting to focus on other things including a Christmas single and an upcoming performance on Saturday Night Live on December 20.
