The View's Alyssa Farah Griffin is pregnant almost one year after revealing her IVF journey.
The 36-year-old co-host announced on Wednesday that she and her husband Justin Griffin are expecting their first child together.
Alyssa shared her happy news live on the ABC show, revealing that she is due to welcome a baby boy in February. Her pregnancy comes after five rounds of IVF.
'I've shared with all of you I went through IVF,' she said. 'It was hard. It took us about a year, it took us five rounds but he's here, he's coming.
'I'm so grateful to have the most supportive husband in the world.'
In an interview with People, she added: 'Baby Griffin is on the way and we're just so excited — and terrified.
'It's starting to feel very real. This past week, I felt the baby kick for the first time, and immediately I grabbed Justin's hand and he felt and I was like, "Oh my gosh, what's happening?!"
'It was magical.'

Justin, 37, added to the publication: 'The time is flying by, it's crazy. I've always wanted to be a father, and you feel so present when you get the news. Like, "This is happening!"
'But then all of a sudden you zoom out and you're like, "Wait, we're 22 weeks pregnant? Where did it go? — slow down!"'
Alyssa's exciting announcement comes after she spoke out about her in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey in December 2024.
Speaking on The View: Behind the Table podcast, she revealed she and her husband had tried for over a year to conceive naturally.
'I'm going through IVF right now,' Alyssa said at the time. 'So, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year and a half, and it wasn't happening naturally.
'So, we made the decision to move forward with IVF. This is now my second cycle. So tomorrow, I will be in the doctor's office dealing with that.'
Alyssa also shared how hard the process had been on her body.
'I've been a wreck,' she said. I've not felt myself. I've been tired. I've been emotional. And you just feel uncomfortable in your body.

'And I just wanted to mention it because I feel like...from someone who was surprised by how hard it was, it's because all the stories of this that we hear is usually women on the other side who's like, "Here's my baby," and "Oh real quick, it was kinda hard to get here."'
'And I wanted to just share with women who are struggling that there is hope, and you just have to kind of be present in the process as you're in it.
'There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I don't know when that will be for us, but it's incredible what science can do.'
In September 2023, Alyssa was awkwardly put on the spot when Whoopi Goldberg asked her if she was pregnant during an episode of The View.
The co-stars had been in the middle of a discussion about Mitt Romney's resignation when Whoopi derailed the show with the question, which left Alyssa visibly shocked.
'No! Oh my God!' she responded to Whoopi. 'You can't say that in front of my mother-in-law. Why? Do I look pregnant?'
'Yes,' Whoopi responded. 'I just got a vibe.'
Talking about her second round of IVF, Alyssa said: 'I've been a wreck. I've not felt myself. I've been tired. I've been emotional. And you just feel uncomfortable in your body'
'Please don't say it's my tummy!' Alyssa laughed, prompting an apology from her colleague. 'I'm so sorry'.
Alyssa then said that she and Justin were hoping to start a family.
'I'm very open to being pregnant soon,' she shared. 'I'm not blessed to be pregnant yet.'
'Forgive me,' Whoopi returned. 'I see a glow.'
'I'll take a test when I get home just to be sure,' Alyssa promised, before swiftly moving the conversation back to politics.
Alyssa married her husband Justin in November 2021, one year after he proposed.
