I'm a naked cleaner - these are the VERY bizarre requests I deal with while in the nude, but it's NOT sex work

For many people, the thought of having to clean the house after a tiring day at work is simply too much - and being able to hire a cleaner comes in very handy.

But Penelope Wyser, who owns Bare Naked Cleaners, offers far more than your average tidying-up job.

As the name suggests, those in the company will hoover and scrub down homes - all while being stark naked.

And it doesn't end there - as Bare Naked Cleaners take all manner of requests, from telling clients they're a 'naughty boy', smoking a cigarette and popping balloons with their high heels.

The more 'risque' requests include clients wanting to pleasure themselves with the cleaner in the room or watching them go to the toilet, with Penelope saying she's 'open-minded' to most desires.

The company founder confessed that one of her clients likes to be tied down, while others like to be told off.

Penelope explained: 'We've got one client who ties himself to the bed when the cleaner goes around so he doesn't even watch her - it's a fetish thing.

'He'll let her in, say hello and then ties himself to the bed post. So she's naked, and she's downstairs cleaning, and then she pops upstairs, and then she goes back down cleaning and he pays her quite a lot of money.'

But she says it's not just 'middle-aged men' placing the orders as you might expect, and insists that what they do is not sex work.

She also revealed that while many of her customers are young single men or older men who have gone through a divorce, some of her clients have been women booking a naked cleaner as a treat for their partner.

Others have hired a cleaner to surprise a colleague or friend at work and some even take advantage of the company's companion service where people can book a cleaner for the evening, to take to dinner or the theatre and spend time with at an extra cost of £50 an hour.

'Some women that will go out for dinner with clients, so they've kind of when they're regulars, and they've got to know them. They'll spend two hours cleaning, and then they'll go out for dinner with the client afterwards,' Penelope revealed.

However Bare Naked Cleaners does offer a service known as The Grand Finale, which costs £40 and involves the client masturbating.

The website reads: 'If you're 'good' during your two hour service your cleaner will 'allow' you to masturbate in her presence.

'She will also happily degrade you and tell you how pathetic you are...or 'encourage' you...or just let you crack on whilst she watches!'.

Bare Naked Cleaners was founded in Birmingham in 2020 after the former nurse 'fell down a rabbit hole' online and stumbled across an Australian company who were offering cleaning services with a twist.

Customers can opt for a home or office clean, or an ironing service either in lingerie or dressed up in a nurse or maid's outfit, topless or completely naked, with prices starting at £125 - a fully naked basic cleaning service costs £155 with the option for extras (pictured Naughty Angel)

The mother-of-two felt that it was an interesting concept and something she could replicate while 'making some money and staying home with the kids'.

While the first six months were slow, Penelope explained that after the end of the pandemic her business took off.

She said: 'It started off quite slow. I got like two bookings. But I was just really excited and it just sort of really built up'.

Now, the business owner explained, they've got regular clients who have been booking with them for the past five years with new customers finding them all the time.

The booking process is a straightforward one. Interested clients book via the website where they place a £45 deposit and specify which service they would like.

These 'additions' include watching the cleaner smoke while hoovering or popping balloons with her heels or between her legs for £20, or for £30 extra, clients can even watch the cleaner wee while they stand in the doorway or hall.

Penelope emphasised that all requests have to be approved prior to the cleaning session and that she is open-minded and more than willing to accommodate where possible.

The women arrive in smart clothing before going in, stripping off and beginning their two-hour session which involves dusting, hoovering, sweeping and mopping floors.

They will clean bathrooms and kitchen surfaces although they don't clean ovens, the insides of fridges, microwaves or do the washing up.

In the past five years, Penelope has hired more cleaners and now oversees 60 across the whole of the UK, having first started in Birmingham and then spreading to South Wales, the North East, London and the west of England.

And the entrepreneur emphasised that she hires cleaners of all ages, backgrounds and body types and revealed she was surprised by her customer's preferences.

She said: 'People often sort of think men just want young, slim women. And of course some men do.

'But not all men. We get quite a few young guys in their twenties and thirties that will say, "Have you got a woman in her forties or fifties?".

And it hasn't just been her client's cleaner preference which surprised the company owner.

She explained that the comfort of her cleaners is paramount she doesn't allow anything that would involve touching and refuses to allow extras to be added on on the day that have not been pre-agreed

Penelope revealed that over the years there have been some surprising requests - some of which she's happy to oblige and others she revealed are a definite no.

She added that many of the offers that have become standard services on the website first started out when clients made specific requests such as watching women in the bath and being told to dress up.

But while her cleaners have been happy to oblige in terms of providing shoes to smell or dressing up in specific outfits, other requests including cleaning naked while a baby is upstairs asleep or women wearing a butt-plug were met with a firm no from Penelope.

She explained that the comfort of her cleaners is paramount she doesn't allow anything that would involve touching and refuses to allow extras to be added on on the day that have not been pre-agreed.

Another example that shocked Penelope, who prides herself on being open-minded, was a request for a latex mask.

'There was the other one about the dog mask,' she said, 'which seemed odd, because he asked if the cleaner would wear a mask, and I thought he meant a sexy one so I said okay, but he sent me some photos and it was a latex dog mask.'

She continued that lots of her client book 'flip the script' where the cleaner will tell the client what to do and boss them around.

Penelope said that 95 per cent of her clients are just 'nice normal guys who want their ironing done' and said it's 'just a bit of fun'.

And the CEO also explained that her business is not sex work, explaining that there is a strict no-touching policy.

Instead, she said, she provides company and a cleaning service for lonely men.

Penelope said: 'For a lot of older men, it is company for them, and they'll say "I like the look of so and so. But is she chatty? Can I have a laugh? Will she put me at ease?"

'For a lot of the older men who are perhaps on their own it's company. They want a woman that they can sit and have a cup of tea with, chat with and they'll book the same cleaner every week. They look forward to seeing them.'

She went on to add that the naked element of the cleaning for many of her clients isn't a sexual one because they are naturists and simply feel more comfortable without clothes on.

Penelope emphasised it wasn't an escort business, saying: 'It's about companionship. There's nothing sexual, they're not escorts. There's no sex, it's just company.'

Penelope is now focusing on her VIP area where she will post more risque pictures of her cleaners on a subscription-based system having been unable to enjoy OnlyFans because her role as a business owner.

The Bare Naked Cleaners owner explained that she has trialled the service for a month and has already been swamped by regulars and new customers paying to see pictures of the cleaners on her books.
