The married couple, famed for their hit show Chrisley Knows Best, were convicted in 2022 of conspiring to defraud community banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans. They were also found guilty of tax evasion. Julie, 51, received a prison sentence of seven years, while Todd, 55, was dealt a 12-year sentence. But on Friday federal appeals judges threw out Julie's sentence, providing the opportunity to receive a reduced sentence from a lower court. Todd is happy his wife now has the chance of an earlier release - but is worried it may spell the end of their relationship. 'Although Todd is happy for Julie, he is already at the end of his rope in there and has like eight years left,' an insider told DailyMail.com. 'He is glad Julie may be able to be there for the family.
