When it comes to fitness, Victoria's workout routine is not for the faint-hearted, squeezing in exercise almost every day of the week.

'I work out every day, six or seven days [a week],' she previously told Elle.

She typically starts her day between 5:30 am and 6:00 am to fit in her workout before her family wakes up.

In her Netflix documentary, Victoria said she does a 'Stairmaster for half an hour' on her own before her personal trainer, Bobby Rich, and husband David arrive, then they do a session together.

'Then I do about an hour with them. It sets me up for the day. It's that discipline, it's what I do, and I like routine,' she said.

Victoria has also been a fan of treadmill workouts in recent years.

She previously said that she started the day with a 7km run with a 'mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, and running', watching boxsets to pass the time.

In 2023, she began to incorporate heavyweight lifting and strength training into her routine to build muscle and improve long-term health.

At the time, Victoria told Grazia that she was 'scared of weights' at the beginning, 'but it turns out I love them'.

'I've even got those special gloves to wear,' she told the publication. 'It's good to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I've got so much more muscle tone now.'

After her cardio session, she does '30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing' for her core.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, her personal trainer Bobby gave further insight into her gruelling regime.

He said: 'She is with me in the gym five days a week – and even if she's travelling, there are no excuses as we move to online sessions. She is putting the work in.

'I treat the year as a season and work through different training blocks, identifying peaks and recovery phases to get the most out of the incredible efforts Victoria puts into each session, mentally and physically.'

Bobby explained that each workout consists of using her own body weight, resistance bands and ankle weights to achieve her goals.

To keep her workouts interesting, the fashion mogul also loves to attend classes.

She's been spotted multiple times at LA's cult-fitness studio, SoulCycle, and she'll also fit in a workout at Barry's Bootcamp when she can.

When it comes to fueling her body, Victoria claims that she has 'eaten the same meal every day for 25 years'.

She told Vogue: 'I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing.

'I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to. I'll detox from anything for three to six months where I won't drink.'

As for skincare, Victoria has been hailed as a member of 'Club Ageless' after she turned 50 two years ago due to her youthful looks.

'It was because of my skin that I became very careful about what I ate,' she told the Telegraph, after revealing that she's also eliminated wheat and flour from her diet, in addition to meat, sugar, processed foods, dairy and gluten.

Victoria's skincare focuses on intense hydration, collagen-stimulating technology, and high-performance, science-backed products.

She swears by Augustinus Bader's TFC8 technology and uses a Dermalux LED device for 30 minutes every morning in her effort to maintain her youthful skin.

Sharing her quick routine with her followers in an Instagram clip, she said: 'My goal really is for my skin to look the best it possibly can. How do I ensure that my skin is looking fresh and hydrated?

'You can start with a cleanser – that is the most important part. It's how I start my day, it's how I end my day... every single day.'

Victoria then shared that her go-to cleanser is her very own beauty brand's The Daily Cleansing Protocol.

She added: 'I wanted a cleanser that took off my makeup, that took off unwanted oils but didn't strip my skin of the oils that I want to keep on my skin.'

She then revealed that she swaps between the cleansers, using the oil-based one some days, and the lactic acid-based cleanser on others.

After massaging it into her skin, she uses a resable make up remover pad to wipe it away.

After removing the cleanser, Victoria said: 'Now that my skin feels super clean, I am going to start applying my Power Serum, which I use twice a day every single day.

'I use it over my whole face and neck, but one thing I really like to do is pay attention to the eye area.'

She finishes her routine with a Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturiser with TFC.

Victoria added: 'You really will notice a difference in the fine lines around your eyes. Your skin will feel tight and lifted, but also look at that glow. It really is the most amazing product.'

At the end of her routine, Victoria said: 'My skin feels fresh and clean and hydrated and nourished, but also firm and quite lifted – and there's nothing wrong with that.'

The Spice Girl turned beauty CEO has also been indulging in skin-tightening aesthetic treatments.

A source told Closer: 'Vic's been having micro-current facials, contouring, cold therapy and a mix of micro needling and radio-frequency therapy.

'She's started undergoing Coolaser skin resurfacing, which stimulates collagen and reduces acne scars.

'As well as undergoing a non-surgical facelift, which involves strategically placing fillers for natural skin rejuvenation without going under the knife.

Last year, A-list facialist Keren Bartov shared an Instagram post of her performing a 'mini lift' on Victoria.

In the clip, she describes a 'medical device' around Victoria's eyes, giving a running commentary: 'Lifting the eye area, like surgery without surgery.'

Keren explained that she's using 'ultrasound with radiofrequency' to kick-start skin rejuvenation from within and smooth away wrinkles.

'It's a medical device to bring in new collagen, to lift the skin. It's like ironing the skin.' she said.

The Mini Lift is Keren's signature treatment. She likes to personalise it to each client's need, with prices ranging from £500 to £1,200 a session.

It comes following Brooklyn's allegations that she 'hijacked' the first dance at his 2022 nuptials to Nicola Peltz.

'Victoria's dreading it,' a source told the Mirror. 'It's really, really difficult for her. She's trying to keep busy with work to distract herself, but her heart is broken.'

Brooklyn Beckham's statement in full

I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.

I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life. For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family. The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into.

Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they'll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out.

My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn't stopped. My mum cancelled making Nicola's dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress.

Weeks before our big day, my parents repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe me into signing away the rights to my name, which would have affected me, my wife, and our future children.

They were adamant on me signing before my wedding date because then the terms of the deal would be initiated. My holdout affected the payday, and they have never treated me the same since.

During the wedding planning, my mum went so far as to call me "evil" because Nicola and I chose to include my Nanny Sandra, and Nicola's Naunni at our table, because they both didn't have their husbands. Both of our parents had their own tables equally adjacent to ours.

The night before our wedding, members of my family told me that Nicola was "not blood" and "not family." Since the moment I started standing up for myself with my family, I've received endless attacks from my parents, both privately and publicly, that were sent to the press on their orders.

Even my brothers were sent to attack me on social media, before they ultimately blocked me out of nowhere this last Summer.

My mum hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song. In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead.

She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life. We wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment.

My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we've tried to come together as one. My mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable.

Despite this, we still travelled to London for my dad's birthday and were rejected for a week as we waited in our hotel room trying to plan quality time with him. He refused all of our attempts, unless it was at his big birthday party with a hundred guests and cameras at every corner.

When he finally agreed to see me, it was under the condition that Nicola wasn't invited. It was a slap in the face. Later, when my family travelled to LA, they refused to see me at all.

My family values public promotion and endorsements above all else. Brand Beckham comes first. Family "love" is decided by how much you post on social media, or how quickly you drop everything to show up and pose for a family photo opp, even if it's at the expense of our professional obligations.

We've gone out of our way for years to show up and support at every fashion show, every party, and every press activity to show 'our perfect family.' But the one time my wife asked for my mum's support to save displaced dogs during the LA fires, my mum refused.

The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared.

I wake up every morning grateful for the life I chose, and have found peace and relief. My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation. All we want peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.
