Katie Price baked a cake with son Harvey on YouTube on Monday after revealing he is moving into his own home in an independent living facility.
The former glamour model, 47, was in good spirits as she made a carrot cake with Harvey, 23, because he 'absolutely loves it'.
Harvey has Prader-Willi syndrome, which sparks a constant desire to eat food and a permanent feeling of hunger which leads to obesity.
He also battles a series of debilitating conditions including autism, septo-optic dysplasia, ADHD and oppositional defiant disorder.
And in the new video shared with her 366 thousand followers, Katie helped Harvey put the ingredients into a mixing bowl before putting the mixture into the oven.
While the carrot cake was baking, the reality star said: 'Harvey loves me doing anything with him, especially making cakes.'

'I've done it from a packet but he normally makes it with the flour, butter and sugar', she explained.
Katie later helped her son decorate the cake with Betty Crocker icing before she made him hold the sweet treat up to pose for a photo.
The TV personality showed off her surgically enhanced figure in a white scoop neck tank top which she teamed with grey tracksuit bottoms.
Meanwhile Harvey donned a white T-shirt and an alien headband as they spent quality time together in Katie's swanky converted barn near Horsham, West Sussex.
Fans took to the comments to praise Katie for being so 'patient' with Harvey and gushed over their 'amazing bond'.

It comes after Katie revealed her son Harvey, who has recently graduated from a specialist college catered for his additional needs, is moving into his own flat as she spoke on her The Katie Price Show podcast earlier this month.
Speaking about his big life change on her podcast, Katie said: 'He should be moving at the end of this month, it's going to be 15 minutes away. I can't wait. They're just finishing off regulations and building stuff because it's all brand new.'
Katie also revealed what she has bought for her son to kit out his new home, saying: 'I am going to get him a Smeg green kettle and toaster, new plates, knife...
'The same as how I kitted Junior's out. I've got him a new sofa, bed, all the bedding. I'm going to make it a home from home.'
Katie has been married three times, to singer Peter Andre, 52, with whom she shares children Junior, 20, and Princess, 18, former cage fighter Alex Reid, 50, and personal trainer Kieran Hayler, 38, the father of her youngest two children.
She is also mother to son Harvey, whom she shares with footballer Dwight Yorke, 54.
It comes after Katie displayed her surgically enhanced bottom after having her backside injected with filler and claimed people thought she looked half her age on Sunday.
The TV star, who is known for her love of cosmetic procedures, posed in skimpy pink knickers as she gushed over her derrière's 'very nice shape'.

In the Facebook clip, Katie wore a white top which was pulled tight over her equally enhanced assets while also displaying a plaster on her bum.
Posing up a storm in the clinic, she told the camera: 'As you can see now my bum is a very nice shape there. Yeah, apparently I look twenty.'
Before breaking into song: 'She's got the face, she's got the boobs, she's got the belly and now she's got the a**.
'She's got it all but she's so fake, the only thing that's real is my eyes.'
