Bella Hadid has been confirmed to appear in Ryan Murphy's upcoming FX horror series The Beauty.
The 29-year-old supermodel - who was seen filming gruesome scenes for the show earlier this year in Paris - will portray a character named Ruby in episodes set to premiere next year on January 21, per Deadline.
Other celebrities that were revealed to have taken on guest roles in The Beauty include Meghan Trainor, Isabella Rossellini, Amelia Hamlin Gray, Nicola Peltz Beckham, Ben Platt and Julie Halston.
Evan Peters as well as Rebecca Hall have taken on leading roles in the 11-episode first season as FBI agents investigating a series of mysterious deaths among supermodels.
Hadid is no stranger to appearing on the screen - and shocked fans one year earlier when she had a brief appearance in episodes of Taylor Sheridan's hit series Yellowstone.
She portrayed Sheridan's onscreen girlfriend named Sadie, with the model's real life cowboy boyfriend Adan Banuelos also taking part in a scene.

However, Hadid's official acting debut occurred three years earlier when she had a recurring role in the comedic drama series Ramy in 2022.
The first three episodes of The Beauty will air on FX on January 21 - while also becoming available on Hulu the same day.
Other stars that have been cast in the new show include Ashton Kutcher, Anthony Ramos and Jeremy Pope.
Peters and Hall's characters travel to Paris as FBI agents to look into multiple cases of mysterious deaths among supermodels.
'As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into visions of physical perfection, but with terrifying consequences,' according to an official synopsis.
Their investigation will take them to multiple cities across the globe including Rome, Venice and New York.
The pair cross paths with a tech billionaire who goes by The Corporation (Kutcher) and also his enforcer called The Assassin (Ramos).
The Beauty is further described as 'a global thriller that asks: what would you sacrifice for perfection?'

The series is based on the comic book series written by Haun and Jason A. Hurley.
Back in April, Hadid was seen filming a dramatic scene for The Beauty on the streets of Paris.
The star wore a red leather bralette top and matching skin-tight trousers as she got into character while on a motorcycle.
The model was spotted walking on set at the time while covered in fake blood and a gruesome fake injury on one of her legs.
The Beauty comes after Murphy's latest Hulu series All's Fair was slammed by critics - but labeled as 'silly escapism' by some fans.
Following its premiere last month on November 4, the show has a current Rotten Tomatoes score of 3%.
During an interview with Variety last year, Murphy offered insight into the sci-fi thriller series - and how it had been written for both Peters and Jeremy Pope.
'It's something I've never done before, which is a sci-fi medical show about a new virus that mutates and it's sexually transmitted, that turns you into your absolute perfect self.'

He continued, 'And the question is, how far would you go to be beautiful? What would you sacrifice to that, and does that matter?'
Murphy then added, 'That show was looking at, I call it the Ozempic culture. One little shot, and suddenly you're going to look better and feel better, and all your problems are going to go away.
'But what are you really working on? What's going on with you that you feel you need to do that? Sometimes it is health, sometimes it's vanity.'
Murphy compared the 'scale' of The Beauty to another beloved series and said, 'It's very different. It shoots in Europe - Venice, Rome and Paris. It's a very big budget, kind of Game of Thrones in its scale.'
Hadid has also previously expressed her interest to pursue acting.
'I'm going to stick with this for a while and kind of ride it out,' she told WWD of modeling back in 2017.
She then added, 'And then eventually, I'll hopefully start dabbling in acting. But I want to be able to give my full attention to one or the other.'

And then in 2022, she made her professional acting debut in the series Ramy - alongside close pal Ramy Youssef.
While talking Variety, Youssef explained how Hadid's casting came to be and revealed it had been their love of The Office.
In the show, the model played the character of Lena who was dating a man named Steve.
'Ramy can't believe that Steve has this really beautiful girlfriend, but they are just together because they love The Office,' the comedian stated.
Along with her acting career, Hadid has modeled and walked the runway for brands such as Miu Miu and Marc Jobs. She has also appeared on magazine covers including Vogue; seen walking for Yves Saint Laurent in Paris in September
'That is the most important thing in their relationship. It was really making us laugh. It was one of our bigger swings as an episode, and then it became Bella.'
In regards to working with the star, Youssef added, 'She did the script as written, but brought something to it that was so different and really, really unexpected.'
