Bayern Munich extended their lead at the summit of the Bundesliga table following a 1-0 win over Augsburg on Saturday afternoon.
The reigning Bundesliga champions looked to be heading for a draw before the hosts were awarded a penalty eight minutes from full-time - which Robert Lewandowski slotted home.
The result sees Munich bounce back from their midweek disaster against Villarreal in the Champions League - while Augsburg are left teetering dangerously close to the relegation zone.
