Cavinder twins show off their dramatic body transformations six months after both getting boob jobs

Haley and Hanna Cavinder have candidly opened up on their six-month body transformation after ditching 'chasing skinny'.

The twins, who unveiled their boob jobs last year, shared side-by-side bikini photos of themselves to Instagram this week to demonstrate the dramatic difference in their now-toned physiques.

The social media stars, who garnered fame as college basketball players at the University of Miami, revealed that they had been working towards the muscular change for six months almost three years on from opening up on their 'toxic' eating disorders.

'We used to chase skinny,' they wrote in the caption. 'Which meant under eating, over-training, and wondering why nothing ever grew especially our glutes.

'For years we thought less food = better results. In reality, it just meant stalled progress, low energy, and bodies that couldn't change.

'Once we started eating enough, following intentional macros, and training with purpose that's when our bodies actually changed.

'Glute growth doesn't come from starving yourself. It comes from fueling muscle, recovering properly, and trusting the process. That's exactly why we built our macro program and the Twogether app to teach you how to eat for your body, not against it,' they concluded, referring to their fitness app.

The sisters have been extremely open in recent years about their health and body, sharing their fitness journey with their fans.

In a 2023 YouTube video, Haley and Hanna opened up about their difficult relationship with food and how they had been afflicted with anorexia nervosa.

Hanna said that she started 'calorie counting' and became sensitive to the things she ate after the two transferred from Fresno State to Miami in April 2022.

'If we're going to do something we're going to do it 100 percent,' Hanna said. 'There's no in-between, so it's extreme. That's just kind of how our minds work. And I feel bad because I started calorie counting - it was kind of me.

'It started getting very toxic with eating a certain amount of calories a day. But we're burning so many calories, we're not taking in enough.'

Haley and Hanna described their issues with hormonal imbalances and hair loss as well as being compared to one another on social media.

They even revealed that they saw it as a competition with one another with one twin trying to last longer without eating than the other.

Realising their eating habits had spiraled into a problem, the pair ultimately reached out for help, turning to MLB icon Alex Rodriguez's ex-girlfriend, fitness guru Kathryne 'Kat' Padgett, who worked with them on their nutrition.

In June 2024, the pair walked the runway at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show during Miami Swim Week, while they now share regular stunning snaps of themselves in bikinis.

Haley, who got engaged to Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson last April, also recently revealed on TikTok that she's doing a 'bridal bootcamp' to get ready for their wedding day.

The twins announced last July that they had gone under the knife to both have boob jobs - much to the dismay of some of their followers who insisted that they were perfect just the way they were.

Haley and Hanna had teased the news to their millions of followers earlier in the week.

They shared a video from the gym where they mouthed along to a voiceover which said: 'Say goodbye to these little, itty, bitty t***ies, b****es ... because 24 hours from now, I'm gonna have a rack.'

The duo capitalized on their fame as college basketball players with the Miami Hurricanes to become a huge presence together as social media influencers.

They have 4.6million followers on TikTok and an estimated wealth of around $4million.
