Kim K parties with Kate Moss before kissing topless model as she turns 45
Kim Kardashian enjoyed her 45th birthday celebration at photographer Mert Alas's London home, on Wednesday.
She was also spotted with model Kate Moss before kissing a topless model.
Kim was additionally seen enjoying herself with Stella Maxwell, Naomi Watts and FKA twigs.

Kim wore a sheer corset top as she also partied with her mom, Kris Jenner and fashion designer John Galliano.
During the night fashion designer and socialite Daphne Guinness sang before musician Cyrill Ibrahim slipped onto the piano.

Kim has known fashion photographer Alas for many years - and he has worked with other celebrities such as Ariana Grande, Demi Moore and Kate.
Kim also embraced her edgy side at the London premiere of All's Fair at Leicester Square earlier on Wednesday.
She also celebrated her birthday earlier this week in Paris, which kicked off when she attended the premiere of her upcoming new series.
