Lavish mansion INSIDE Trump’s Mar-a-Lago security zone hits the market for a cool $19.5 million
A luxurious mansion tucked inside Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago security zone has hit the market for $19.5 million.
The president's Palm Beach, Florida, residence is protected by land, sea and airspace restrictions while Trump and his family are in town.
Within that radius, a massive 6,823 square foot, four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath estate located at 150 Kings Road, has just been put up for sale.
Built in 2017, the mansion is described as a 'masterpiece' that 'blends elegant architecture with impeccable craftsmanship.'
Compass listing agent S. Andrew Roopchand told Realtor.com that being within the president's security zone is an added safety feature for the property.
'The security zone, which is a five-block radius around Mar-a-Lago, has proven to become the safest part of Florida,' he said.
'There is a 24-hour security system for the home, but you really don't need it with the best security system in the world (the Secret Service) right in your backyard.'
The property has massive ceilings and windows to create sun-drenched spaces and an open floor plan that is great for hosting, according to the listing.

'The house is ideally set up for indoor and outdoor living,' Roopchand said. 'It is also very symmetrically laid out for feng shui.'
The kitchen features state of the art appliances, custom cabinets, a large island, as well as a wine refrigerator.
In the backyard, there is a lavish swimming pool and tropical landscaping shaded by the town's namesake palm trees.
The listing agent believes a younger buyer may snap up the property and treat it as a seasonal home.
'I think the next buyer will use it as a seasonal property. The buyer pool we have seen so far has attracted a younger crowd in their mid 30s to 40s,' he said.
'It will probably be a younger family who will come down for the season and spend their summers in the Hamptons.'
Roopchand noted that this property is different than many others in the security zone due to it's recent build.
'Most of the homes in this location are older, period-built residences, but this one is very new for Palm Beach, especially in the security zone,' he said.
Daily Mail has previously reported on the 'no drone zones' that have been marked off in the vicinity of Mar-a-Lago and the security zone, activated when the president is in town
'It is also one of the cheaper per square foot homes on the island, and being a 2016 or newer home is also a nice selling point.
'It took the builder and homeowners four years to build the home. Everything was imported and every attention to detail was considered, which is what sets this house apart.'
Roopchand explained that the house was built meticulously and even has the same $500,000 water softening system that is featured at Brooklyn Water Bagel.
He also added that since Trump's presidential nomination, high net worth buyers have been snapping up properties within the security zone.
'At the end of last season, over 20 homes were sold within the security zone, so it's a very sought-after location, especially for foreign leaders and business people who want to be closer to the president,' he said.
