Last year DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that love rat Tristan Thompson was set to become a father for the third time. Maralee Nichols (left) decided to sue the athlete for child support as well as for reimbursement of medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs. In new court papers obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, Thompson and Nichols have requested that a hearing originally scheduled for October 7 be postponed until December 7. The ex-lovers are attending a second day of mediation on that day that conflicts with the hearing. 'The hope is that the parties will settle but we need a second day to finalize disputed issues,' according to the docs.
