A wannabe 'influencer' has been accused of luring a friend of her son to her home before sexually assaulting him.

Lisa Singh, 41, allegedly invited four of her 17-year-old son's friends to her home in Jacksonville, Florida, after an argument with her husband on September 7.

The buxom blonde married her husband Anupam Singh in January 2018, with her social media painting the picture of a loving marriage.

But despite appearing like the perfect couple, Singh has now been hit with two felony charges of indecent, lewd or lascivious touching of minors.

She invited her son's friends to the couple's $250,000 marital home. Despite finding the son not at the property when they arrived, they ultimately decided to stay at her request.

Court documents obtained by the Daily Mail state that Singh was 'flirting' with her victim, 'often rubbing his arms and shoulders while sitting very close to him' and calling him 'babe'.

At some point in the afternoon three of the teens left the home, leaving Singh alone with her alleged victim.

She whined that her husband was unable to 'satisfy her sexually' and told her victim she wanted to 'f*** the s**t out of him', before exposing her breasts.

A Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit investigator received an anonymous tip on the case and Singh was arrested outside a local Applebee's on November 19.

Posting several pouting photos on her social media, she also brags about her close relationship with her teenage son.

The mother-of-one describes herself as having a 'radiant smile, golden hair and unstoppable energy', in an online application to be the centerfold of Maxim magazine.

Posing in red lingerie she brags that she is a 'style icon who proves that confidence never goes out of fashion'. The contest winner takes home $50,000 cash and a trip to Barcelona.

Court records also show that Singh was previously accused of stalking and harassing a former neighbor over Amazon parcels last year.

She was arrested at her marital home in Jacksonville over the allegations, after moving out of the nearby apartment property in late 2024.

Documents show that she got into a spat with her neighbor over missing parcels, making a 'cutthroat gesture' to a camera outside her apartment.

Singh was also caught on camera saying, 'I want to punch her in her f***ing face', before making a punching gesture, as well as running out of the elevator and shouting something along the lines of 'die b****'.

She denied the allegations, blaming a friend, though her neighbor left the apartment out of 'fear of Singh'.

Ultimately the case was dropped in November of last year, though police reports stated that at the time of her arrest for stalking and making threats, she was on probation for traffic violations.
