Influencers’ luxurious TikTok party house with history of strippers, car fires and all night ragers is blasted by town mayor

The chaos of 'strippers, car fires and parties' at a notorious Moana mansion south of Adelaide has sparked fresh outrage, with a former acting mayor demanding action.

Simon McMahon, who served as acting mayor of the City of Onkaparinga in 2022, has taken aim at Luxe Haus, a multimillion-dollar beachfront property infamous for wild weekends and police complaints.

'For years, residents in Moana have been forced to put up with ongoing chaos at the Moana party house, strippers, car fires, and parties running into the early hours every weekend,' McMahon said in a Facebook post.

Now, the mansion is being turned into an 'influencer party house for summer,' hosting six rising TikTok creators in a luxury setting complete with a private chef, pool, and sweeping ocean views.

'Imagine if you were trying to raise a family next door,' McMahon said.

The TikTok Party Games House launched on November 1, with Adelaide star Frida Khalife, 23, revealed as the first to be moving in rent-free.

For up to nine weeks, the group will collaborate on content, enjoy nightly game sessions, and turn their experiences into viral moments, all with accommodation, food, and drinks fully covered.

According to the official website, the Tiktok Party Games House is described as 'a world-first opportunity, open only to a select group of bold creators'.

Two pallets of party supplies, including wireless speakers and adult drinking games – were delivered days before the launch.

The property operates as a short-term rental and appears on Booking.com, though it's currently 'not taking reservations'. Private bookings are still possible.

The mansion's history is controversial.

In 2019, a bucks night attended by SA AFL players triggered police complaints and public outrage.

No charges were laid. The home has also been linked to a convicted sex offender and multiple alleged arson attacks.

McMahon says residents are 'fed up' and have nowhere to turn.

'When I was an elected member, I would raise this and be told that council had no power to do anything about it,' he wrote.

'When residents wrote to state government, they were told to contact the council. This left residents voiceless with no means of resolution.'

Onkaparinga Council confirmed the last complaint was lodged in February 2021.

'Complaints about noise or nuisance should be referred to local police, and there was no legal basis under current planning laws to stop parties at residential addresses,' a spokesperson told The Advertiser.

The council pointed to state legislation as the key to change, citing the Local Nuisance and Litter Control (Miscellaneous) Amendment Bill as an example.

For now, residents can only call SAPOL for noise complaints or report illegal parking to council.
