Case against teacher accused of abusing boys with 'Scream mask group sex' EXPLODES as new 'victim' comes forward
An Indiana teacher who police say raped young boys while forcing them to wear Scream masks is now facing nearly 50 criminal charges after another alleged victim came forward.
Brittany Fortinberry, 32, was charged with six additional counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of material harmful to minors and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
She is now facing a whopping 47 charges, including 15 counts of child molestation and 14 counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
Prosecutors tacked on the additional charges after another teen boy came forward about the alleged abuse, according to court documents obtained by WTHR.
The boy told police that Fortinberry would invite him over to hang out and do drugs, and that she would compliment him on his appearance and his strength while doing chores.
He claimed that eventually Fortinberry started touching him more and it led to them having sex in her garage. The boy said that night, Fortinberry went to bed with her husband, and he slept in their kids' room.
The boy alleged that she would give him and the other victims drugs and gifts, but he claimed he stopped going to her house once he realized she was having sex with other teens.
The investigation into Fortinberry began in August 2024, after a teenager's grandmother told police she molested him when he was 15-years-old.

The boy told police that Fortinberry would invite him over to hang out and do drugs, and the two eventually had sex in her garage
The grandmother also claimed she sent him nude pictures and gave him drugs.
The boy's grandmother further claimed Fortinberry sent him graphic messages allegedly threatening to kill herself if he told anyone about the abuse.
'[The boy] said that it was no different than a 30-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl. [The boy] said it was child molestation and he’s there because he doesn’t want her to molest more kids,' court documents stated.
More alleged victims from Eminence High School came forward, telling police the married teacher also sent them explicit messages, pictures and videos.
One of the most bizarre claims is that she insisted her alleged victims wear a 'Scream' mask during the sessions, a reference to the Ghostface mask worn by the killer in the movie.
This allegation came to light from a boy who came forward after she was arrested in February, according to an affidavit seen by Daily Mail.
In one instance, the boy claimed, Brittany picked him and two friends up and took them to the mall, before calling their parents to ask if they could spend the night.
Once there, the then 13-year-old alleged Brittany ordered him and his two friends to have group sex with her, despite the youngsters all being underage.

'Brittany had one condition for them to have the gangbang with her and that was that they had to wear a Scream mask to f**k her,' the affidavit states.
Another victim claimed Fortinberry raped him while her young son was sleeping nearby.
'One of her sons was in the room at the end of the bed on a couch,' the boy told police, according to a probable cause affidavit from Morgan County Sheriff's Office Detective Sergeant Patrick Williams.
'Fortinberry's son really wanted to stay in the room with them [the boy] said, he laid on the couch with Fortinberry’s son while they watched a show and when her son fell asleep he got in bed with Fortinberry.
'[The boy] said that Fortinberry asked him to have sex with her, that he did have sex with her, and that her son was in the room at the end of the bed the entire time.'
She was arrested in February and was initially charged with 29 counts, including child molesting, sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to minors and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Prosecutors tacked on a dozen more charges in April and again in September, bringing the total to 47 counts.
She pleaded not guilty, but if convicted she could spend the rest of her life in prison.

A judge granted a motion to sell the Fortinberry's marital home, where police found a stripper and sex toys, is also where Brittany allegedly sexually abused numerous children last year
The ex-teacher has since blamed her actions on her weight loss, saying she regretted losing 150 pounds and would have acted differently if she was still heavier.
She was 'immediately suspended' from her role with Eminence schools after the allegations emerged in August last year, and she resigned one day later.
Fortinberry's next court appearance is scheduled for December 18.
Her husband, Nicholas, filed for divorce on February 25, and in June a judge granted their request to sell their marital home.
Nicholas has also been accused of having knowledge of his wife's alleged crimes, with one parent telling police that he 'threatened to slaughter (the teen) in front of her if he came forward'.
He was charged with one count of intimidation and one count of failing to report a crime.
Court records indicate that Nicholas has pleaded not guilty and has a trial date scheduled for December 3.
