Diddy's defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo said Cassie is a 'sexy woman' and 'that's what she deserves to be' in shocking closing statements in court on Friday.

Agnifilo was making a point to jurors about how Cassie was not sex trafficked and that she and Diddy were swingers who partook in the lifestyle and regularly enjoyed freak offs.

'She wants to do it...she likes it...This is their lifestyle. He wouldn't think in a million years there was anything wrong with that,' he continued. He claimed Diddy's sexual fantasies became her own as his girlfriend.

'When she wasn't with Sean Combs, she was with Michael B Jordan, he’s the most handsome man in the world. She’s not messing around!' he concluded.

Before closing arguments started, Diddy was seen smiling and praying with his lawyers.

Prosecutors finished their closing arguments on Thursday after five hours. The defense's closing arguments are expected to end today.

Diddy denies any wrongdoing in the federal charges brought against him.

Diddy and Cassie were swingers, court hears

Defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo told the court on Friday that there was no evidence of sex trafficking while Diddy was in a relationship with Cassie.

'This is his personal life. They are swingers. They are validly swingers. This is their lifestyle. He wouldn't think in a million years there was anything wrong with that,' he suggested.

He claimed the evidence was 'overwhelming' that Cassie wanted to participate in freak offs and that they were consensual and she was ‘always free to leave’ Diddy but stayed because she loved him.

In a bizarre moment he described the texts between Ventura and Diddy as ‘some of the most beautiful language’ and if the public read them then they would ‘cry’.

‘If racketeering conspiracy had an opposite it would be their relationship’, Agniflio said.

Ventura sometimes reached out to escorts to set up Freak Offs.

Raising his voice, Agnifilo said: ‘This was their life. Noboys forcing her to do this. Glod bless her she’s a sexy woman and that’s what she deserve to be.'

'When she wasn't with Sean Combs she was with Michael B Jordan, he’s the most handsome man in the world. She’s not messing around!'

Prosecution mocks Kid Cudi defense argument

Comey mocked the defense’s idea that Diddy wouldn’t firebomb Kid Cudi’s car because he wanted to physically fight him.

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo said that arson would have been ‘cowardly’ and Diddy preferred to use his fists against Cudi.

With a sarcastic tone, Comey said: ‘Sure with his girlfriend’, but when dealing with men like rival rap mogul Suge Knight, he used a gun.

She said: ‘When he’s beating up a woman half his size he doesn't need a gun.

‘When he’s going after a man, he brings a weapon’.

Court hears rebuttal arguments from prosecution

In a rebuttal argument againts the defense, prosecutor Christy Slavik said Diddy's lawyers questioned the motivations of the prosecutors and that the government 'targeted' the defendant.

'The argument about targeting is an argument about selective prosecution - that’s not an appropriate subject for the jury to consider,' Slavik stated.

Defense says freak offs were a part of date nights

Defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo said freak offs were date nights with beautiful hotels, food, and music from R'n'B singers Usher and Bryson Tiller.

'These are lovely….what you have is this beautiful evening,' he said of the video.

He claimed that there was a 'nice quality' to the freak offs.

'They’re not aggressive…the physical intimacy is not aggressive. It’s very standard. Very typical homemade porn. [Diddy is] not the only man in America making homemade porn.

'I’m under the impression this is a pretty popular thing these days,' he continued.
