Ruggable has launched a collection with Anthropologie – and it’s as dreamy as you’d expect

As a lifestyle editor, I’m a big fan of Ruggable rugs for their practicality: I need a rug that can survive muddy shoes, spilt wine and everyday life. However, visually the range of styles, colours and patterns is also hugely appealing, and the latest collection to catch my eye is Ruggable’s new collaboration with Anthropologie.

Anthropologie is a store made for magpies like me; a rainbow of colours, twinkly bits everywhere and eclectic homeware. This is reflected in the new collection, where Scandinavian folk references sit alongside heritage florals and looser, painterly palettes.

The 10-piece collection, created with Anthropologie Home, includes seven rugs and three doormats. It’s rooted in the premise that compelling interiors tend to be layered rather than styled within an inch of their lives - shaped over time by what we inherit, collect, spill on and sit with. These are versatile rugs, intended to sit beneath heirloom furniture and contemporary ceramics alike.

Among the pieces is the Ella Slate Blue rug, which nods to chintzy folk florals and vintage textiles. Its soft slate ground is scattered with varied blooms in green, pink, yellow ochre and wine red.

The Clove design appears in both Navy and Green colourways. Each draws on Scandinavian flat-weave traditions and Persian-style medallion motifs, balancing geometry with softer floral elements. The navy version pairs warm neutrals and earthy browns with restrained touches of red and pink, while the green offers a cooler base of cream and muted tones, lifted by blue and olive accents.

‘Our partnership with Ruggable has been effortless thanks to our shared belief that home is where life unfolds,’ says Katherine Finder, Chief Merchandising Officer at Anthropologie Home. ‘Together, we created a collection that seamlessly combines Anthropologie’s distinct design sensibility with Ruggable’s unparalleled functionality. Each rug is designed to support the way our customers truly live, encouraging homes that feel effortlessly layered, warmly lived-in, and authentically their own.’

For Ruggable, the collaboration also signals continued growth in the UK market, following its launch with John Lewis last year. This collection features the brand’s all-in-one format — a one-piece washable rug system designed to simplify the brand’s earlier two-part construction.

Maria O'Brien, Vice President of Design at Ruggable, says: ‘We are proud to bring Ruggable to Anthropologie, a brand that reflects our belief in thoughtful, design-driven living. Our in-house design team created this collection specifically for Anthropologie, blending their signature aesthetic with Ruggable’s expertise in pattern, texture, and washable innovation.’

The Ruggable x Anthropologie Home collection is available now via Ruggable.co.uk and Anthropologie.com, in sizes ranging from 60cm x 90cm to 275cm x 365cm, with prices starting at £119. See a few of our favourite pieces below...
