SAS: Who Dares Wins has reportedly signed their first ever trans contestant for the next celebrity series - and bosses are convinced 'she's a tough cookie and ready to take it on'.
The popular Channel 4 show hit our screens in 2015 and has gone on to have eight successful series, and in 2019 a celebrity version premiered on the channel.
The eighth series of the celebrity version aired earlier this year, with Jason Fox, Billy Billingham, Rudy Reyes and Chris Oliver putting the likes of Gabby Allen, Dani Dyer and Jack Joseph through their paces.
It has now been reported that Ella Morgan - who shot to fame on Married At First Sight UK in 2023 - will be taking part next.
A source told The Sun: 'Channel 4 continues to make progressive casting choices and welcome any celebs who think they’re up for telly’s toughest challenge.
'Ella was a tough cookie before finding fame on MAFS and a few years in the spotlight have made her more than ready to take it all on.

'But she makes no secret of loving her glam hair, make-up and nails, so fans will see a whole new side to her.
'That’s partly what appeals to Ella about SAS: Who Dares Wins and, over the years, the celebs with the glossy veneer to chip away, always have transformative experiences on the show.'
Its not the first time that Ella has made history as she was also the first transgender bride to take part in MAFS.
She originally tied the knot with Nathanial Valentino, but later got together with co-star JJ Slater, who is Katie Price's ex.
Daily Mail have contacted the show's representative for comment.
The future of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has been revealed after stars battered each other bloody and one of them even wet themselves during the latest series.
Series eight of the celebrity version of the Channel 4 show premiered on January 4 and after eight episodes, the programme wrapped up on January 26.
The latest saw UK and Australia stars go head to head in a bid to win the show.
Fans were shocked when it was revealed that the regular series SAS: Who Dares Wins was axed back in 2023 after eight series.
It has left many wondering what the future holds for the celebrity version of the programme - and The Sun confirmed last month that Celebrity SAS WILL be returning for a ninth series.
Gabby, Dani and Emily Seebohm were crowned winners earlier this year.
Love Island's Dani, 29, was first to speak, congratulating her teammates Gabby, 33, and Emily, 33, saying: 'Well done, girls.'
Reflecting on her win, Dani continued: 'Every single moment was horrendous. But to hear that I’d passed — it’s the best feeling in the world.
'If I can do this, I can do anything. I definitely am a lot stronger than what I think I am. I can’t believe I’ve actually been able to do it. I’m really proud of myself.
'We are strong women. We go through so much as women, mentally and physically.'
Gabby chimed in: 'I can’t believe that out of fourteen people, it’s us. Well, I can — because we’re boss b***hes.
'Standing there with two women at the end meant everything to me. My whole brand is about empowering women from every walk of life.
'Men are strong, but women show time and time again that we can do just as much. We were lifting the same weights, trying just as hard.
'I wouldn’t have wanted to be there at the end with anyone else. We built a bond you could never replicate.
'I wanted to leave knowing I’d given absolutely everything that I could, that I'd thrown myself into everything and made myself proud and my dad proud. That’s all that mattered to me.'
Speaking of winning beside fellow ITV2 star Dani, Gabby added: 'Two girls from Love Island showing everyone what we can do.'
Emily continued: 'When we were un-bagged and it was just the three of us standing there, I thought we’d been picked out as the weak ones.
'I couldn’t have been prouder of the girls. We spent the whole time lifting each other up and reminding ourselves how strong we were.
'I wasn’t surprised it was the three women, but I was surprised the two guys [Ben and Mack] didn’t make it because they were so strong.
'Every time I struggled, I pictured my son in his dinosaur pyjamas. I could see him so clearly, and it gave me strength.
'When we were climbing the mountain with chains and tyres, I could see him the whole time in my head. I wasn’t struggling at all. It was pure mind over matter.'
