The golfing gods have created some drama for the first round of the US Open at the Los Angeles Country Club this week, with PGA Tour loyalist Rory McIlroy set to play alongside LIV defector Brooks Koepka. The blockbuster duo will be joined by former Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama in a star-studded trio going out at 1:54pm, one of the final groups of the day.
