Tiger taps in to finish on the right side of par

A great start for Tiger Woods. He looked in fantastic shape today and will wrap up his day one under-par, having played 13 holes.

The trio will, though, now have to play 23 holes tomorrow.

Jason Day follows him, tapping in for par, ending his day at evens, while Max Homa taps in for birdie!

The hooter sounds! That's play done for the day!

The hooter has sounded at Augusta National and that will be the end of play for today!

Officials have now confirmed that play was suspended due to darkness.

Tiger Woods, Jason Day and Max Homa will all chip onto the green at 13 and are able to finish the hole or mark their balls if they want to.

It seems the trio will all putt out before heading in for the evening so we're not done just yet!

It's getting a little dark out here

The sun is slowly starting to set at Augusta, but we should still have plenty of time today.

Tommy Fleetwood has just carded the first blemish of his round, after an excellent front nine that saw him go three-under with three consecutive birdies on seven, eight and nine.

He found himself with a little too much to do on the 10th green, with his 30-foot putt just agonisingly missing out on dropping into the hole. He'll move back to -1.

Why is the food at the Masters so cheap?

The Masters is renowned for it's iconic Pimento Cheese and Egg Salad sandwiches.

But did you know that it'll only cost you $1.50 for one of the iconic lunch snacks?

The tournament is embedded in history and despite other major sporting events around the world, has kept with traditions out of respect to patrons.

Tiger holes out for par!

Tiger is really showing his full repertoire of shots today. After leaving himself with a tricky shot onto the green, the 48-year-old dinks the ball off the pine needles and onto the green.

Again, it's a superb shot, with the five-time Green Jacket winner leaving himself only a couple of feet to the hole. He makes par again!

Meanwhile, Tyrrell hatton has bounced back from his earlier bogey on the 12th to go back to -3.

Tiger goes off the back at 12

Tough one for Woods - he's been playing superbly in his last six holes, but has just overcooked his tee shot into the green at 12.

He'll make the walk over the bridge to find his ball nestled in some pine needles at the back of the green. It's a nasty lie too, with the ball sitting up on a tricky slope.

He has produced two fabulous wedge shots in his last two holes to get him out of bother... Can he do it again?

Wynham Clark throws a dig at LIV Golf

Bryson Dechambeau holds the clubhouse lead at -7 after shooting a low opening score of 65.

It was a brilliant day for the LIV star, who hit eight birdies, three of which came in his opening three holes.

But US Open Champion, Wyndham Clark, who sits eight shots back from Bryson, believes it's still attainable to catch up to the big hitter and threw some shade towards LIV Golf when asked if he thinks he can catch him.

'Yeah, we've got 54 holes. In LIV Golf they only play 54, so I like my chances. We've got a lot of golf left

What a shot from Woods!

Just as I'm writing the 15-time major winner has dropped his chip right onto the green just a couple of feet out from the hole.

That was truly excellent. From a horrible lie with the ball below his feet, he manages to somehow get some backspin on his shot and drop it right next to the flag.

He taps in for another par!

The wind has really picked up at Augusta!

After weather delays this morning, the wind has started to pick up at Augusta. The trees are starting to move a lot here on the 11th hole, with Tiger having to take a moment to pause before he hit his approach shot.

It seems the wind has taken some power off his shot into the green, with his ball just dropping short ahead of the green. He's got a really tough putt in now, with water on his far side and a slope to contend with.

The weather is expected to get better over the weekend though, with the sun set to shine on Friday!

Who's on Hatton's bag this week?

In case you missed it, Hatton has flown out one of his close friends to the Masters to caddie for him this week after Mick Donaghy, who is usually on the Englishman's bag, suffered a freak injury.

Find out more below...

Tough luck for Hatton, as Tiger hits another bomb!

Tiger is playing very well here, he wraps up with a par on the 10th hole before stepping up to welly his drive right down the fairway on the par four 11th.

Meanwhile, Tyrrell Hatton has found himself in a spot of bother at Amen Corner, with his ball splashing down into the water on the 12th! The Englishman cut a frustrated figure as he re-took his shot, but would ultimately finish the hole with a bogey - moving to -2.

Despite that, he's been playing pretty well so far today - can he recover his rhythm?
