Thanks for joining us!

It's been another brilliant weekend of FA Cup action, which has left us with four teams remaining, three Premier League sides and in-form Championship underdogs, Southampton.

Most money will be on a Chelsea vs Man City final in May and it will be doubly difficult for one of Leeds or Saints to beat two of the richest sides in the country back-to-back to win the trophy.

That said, this competition is littered with giant killings and there is a fragility to the favourites as well.

Thanks for joining us and see you next time!

Nuno on Hammers heartbreak

'It is sad the way it ended because in the second half and in extra-time we created chances that could have stopped it going to penalties. It's sad, it's tough.

'We saw from the fans what it meant to us to try and reach Wembley but it wasn't to be so we have to rest in the best way we can and react for the next one.'

Farke on Chelsea:

We will be the underdog, that's for sure. It's a big name and a side full of top players. For that we are the underdog but we have written history. Nobody expected us to go though to the semi-final. And of course we are greedy to go to the next step. My focus now is on the Premier League. We are on such a good path and want to make sure we can celebrate there.'

Stick it in the diary

The semi-finals take place on the 25-26 April at Wembley and the final is on May 16.

Farke's verdict:

Speaking to TNT Sports, the Leeds boss said: 'We always do it the tough way, never the easy way. A quarter-final away game against a Premier League side is never an easy ride. We could have made our lives easier. We showed great mentality and I am proud of the boys today with how we kept the nerves and won the game in the end. Pretty important day for everyone connected with Leeds United.

'To score two goals, we could have put the game to bed even a bit earlier. We had a late sucker punch when the whole stadium was buzzing. To keep the nerves and win the penalty shootout shows great mentality and character. A chapter of Leeds United history, we were in the semi-finals really a while ago.'

On the semi-final, he added: 'It will be a big night for us. It's a great step for this club and a great reward for everyone connected with this club. We are still buzzing but already looking forward to making sure we stay on a good path in the Premier League.'

Man City vs Southampton

The high-flying Championship club, fresh from beating Arsenal, will aim to take another top Premier League scalp.

Saints were magnificent last night but Pep Guardiola's men are chasing a domestic cup double and it will take something special to eliminate them.

Chelsea vs Leeds

This is a historic FA Cup contest, harking back to the infamous final between the teams in 1970. A draw took the match to a replay which is regarded as one of the dirtiest matches of all time and attracted an astonishing TV audience of 28 million. Chelsea ended up winning 2-1 and astonishingly only one players was booked over both games.

SEMI-FINAL DRAW: CHELSEA VS LEEDS AND MANCHESTER CITY VS SOUTHAMPTON

Joe Cole has pulled the balls out of the bag and it's a pretty swift process with only four sides left in the competition!

Chelsea and Man City will no doubt have been hoping to avoid each other and have done that but Leeds and Saints will offer real threat to the big-hitters at Wembley.

No fairy-tale for Herrick

Finlay Herrick looked incredibly confident coming on there for West Ham and will have surely been envisioning FA Cup penalty heroics for his boyhood club but it was not to be.

He came close to a couple of Leeds spot kicks and saved the first one, doing absolutely no harm to his reputation at all. Size-wise the Brazil No 3 Perri was on another level to Herrick but the young Englishman looks like he has a bright future.
