England have learnt their new FIFA ranking following their Euro 2024 final defeat by Spain at the weekend.
The Three Lions were looking to win their first major trophy since 1966 in Berlin, but lost 2-1 against Spain as they came up short in the final of the competition for the second edition in a row.
They were criticised throughout the tournament for their performances, but nonetheless reached the final two, however again found themselves outclassed in the final.
The sport's governing body have now updated their official rankings following the tournament, with Copa America also coming to a close - Argentina claiming success.
England are one of the sides who have found out their new fates, and the rankings make good reading for the now-managerless side.

The Three Lions have jumped one place to fourth in the rankings, having been fifth prior to the tournament kicking off. They have 1812.26 points, ahead of Brazil - who were knocked out in the quarter-finals of the Copa America - on 1785.61 points.
The winners of the tournament, Argentina, have increased their lead at the top of the rankings after winning their third major tournament in a row.
Lionel Messi and Co lifted the Copa America for the second time in a row, while they also won the World Cup in Qatar in December 2022.
Since, the team has been engulfed in controversey, with a number of players appearing to be involved in a live-streamed allegedly racist chant targeting members of the France squad.
Lionel Scaloni's side have surpassed 1900 points, logging 1901.48 in total to extend their lead at the top.
In second remains France, who reached the semi-finals of Euro 2024 before losing against Spain. They are on 1854.91 points.
Spain, meanwhile, have jumped five places to third on the back of their success in Germany. They are now on 1835.67 points, closing the gap to France.
Elsewhere, Belgium are sixth, Netherlands seventh, Portugal eighth, Colombia ninth and Italy 10th.
Other notable teams include Euro 2024 hosts Germany, who were beaten by Spain in the quarter-finals, in 13th, Wales in 30th, Scotland in 48th - down from 39th - and Northern Ireland in 74th.

The current method of calculation involves adding and substracting points based on results rather than averaging points over a period of time.
Points are then adapted based on the relative strength of opponents.
The rankings will be updated again on September 19 following the next round of international matches.
