How would Man United's 2008 side compare to this version of Arsenal?
By Luke Power
Wayne Rooney is sure that he and his Manchester United team-mates of 2008, who won the Champions League, would 'batter' this iteration of Arsenal.
Where do you stand?
Obviously anything can happen in a one-off game. I think if Arsenal back up their claims with slverware then they've got a good shout of being the better overall side.

Up next for Arsenal
By Luke Power
'The season starts now for Arsenal,' Wayne Rooney just said on Amazon, which is blatantly untrue, but you wonder if it has anything to do with Arsenal hosting his former side on Sunday.
I'm still backing Arsenal to blow away this supposedly reinvigorated Manchester United side. One swallow doesnt make a summer and, besides, the Man City team they downed are out of sorts at the moment.
I think Arsenal have every reason to be confident of an assured victory - and that's a worry for their ever-receding title rivals.
Where do Tottenham stand?
By Luke Power
Tottenham are now up to fourth in the Champions League - 10 places higher than what they've managed in the Premier League so far!
Crucially, they've got a two-point cushion over ninth-placed Inter Milan now, putting them snugly in the automatic qualification spots, though of course there are many teams playing tomorrow.
Only three of those teams can overtake them in this matchround, though, so they have put themselves in the driving seat to qualify for the last 16 automatically.
Next week they travel to Eintracht Frankfurt, who sit seventh inthe Bundesliga and 33rd in the Champions League. On Sunday they sacked their manager Dino Toppmoller.
Mikel Arteta: Gabriel Jesus is a big-game player
By Luke Power
Mikel Arteta has been speaking to Amazon Prime Video Sport:
'Very proud of the team. We neede d aspecial performance,a complete performance, and we've done that tonight.
'The courage, the attitude, the willingness. To do it against one of the best teams in Europe is something else.
'We knew we'd have to navigate through different stages in the game. They manage games very well. We managed to do that and had subs as well.'
[On Gabriel Jesus]: 'He's an unbelievable player and the bigger the game, the more comfortable he plays.'
[On Mosquera]: 'Very happy. The medical staff put in all the hours to make it happen. To play against two strikers in the manner he has done, remarkable.
[On Gyokeres]: 'Great impact. The game was taking a shape that fitted him very much. He had two chances and put one of them away. For him, it's the second way game that he's done really well. He brings something very special to the team.'
[On squad depth]: We made seven changes today and performed on the highest level.
[On Ethan Nwaneri's potential loan to Marseille]: 'He's not having the minutes he deserves. We'll have a discussion this week.
Wayne Rooney's advice to Gabriel Jesus
By Luke Power
Gabriel Jesus was charcteristically modest in his post-match interview, claiming he wasn't even thinking of starting on Sunday, but Wayne Rooney thinks he should have a different attitude after his man of the match performance.
Rooney said on Amazon Prime Video Sport: 'I'd be saying to Mikel Arteta, "I just scored two goals, I want to be in the starting line-up on Sunday."'
Gabriel Jesus: I thank Jesus or being here - I'm almost in tears
By Luke Power
Gabriel Jesus has been speaking to Amazon Prime Video Sport after scoring twice tonight:
'It was a dream night. I watched it when I was a kid, Serie A, Italian football, so to be here in this stadium and score here, it just like tears in my eyes. I always dreamed to be here. All the glory for Jesus.
'There's always a reason, whether it's good things or problems, difficult times. I learned that in my 11 months away from the pitch. Without Jesus for sure, I wouldn't be here.
'It's always difficult to play against Inter Milan. Last season we lost. Tonight was difficult but we were better. We scored and got the three points. We have to keep going.
'To think about starting [againt Man United], everyone wants minutes and chances. I'm a very respectful guy and understand the situation. I'm not a kid anymore. I understand football. I was so happy that Vik came on and scored. A striker without goals is difficult. I struggled with this throughout my career.'
Dominic Solanke: I didn't mean to score that way!
By Luke Power
Positive vibes at Tottenham. Party time in the pouring rain. Waka Waka has just finishing playing and Solanke, who bagged his first Champions League goal, has been speaking to TNT Sports.
He said: 'I would have preferred it to be a bit cleaner but a goal is a goal and I got to watch it go in in slow motion.
'It's been a long time but to be out here and get a win, it means the world.
'The Champions League is a competition that everyone wants to play in. To get my first goal in it is something you dream about all the time.'
