Former Tottenham star 'will join former club's coaching staff' at 33 after leaving Greek side

A former Premier League star is set to join the coaching staff at Sevilla in a shock move at the end of his playing career, according to a report. The star played more than 250 times for top flight club Tottenham, having joined in 2013 as part of the seven players recruited with the money they gained from selling Gareth Bale to Real Madrid. Arriving alongside the likes of Christian Eriksen and Roberto Soldado, he joined for just short of £26million with high hopes for his future.
