Marjorie Taylor Greene's intense fitness routine has been unearthed after she slammed the Mar-a-Lago makeover that many women who support Donald Trump have been seen sporting as of late.

In a wide-ranging interview published in The New York Times on Monday the Republican Georgia congresswoman, 51, unleashed a scathing critique of what she dubbed the 'MAGA Mar-a-Lago sexualization.'

The 'MAGA makeover' is typically characterized by several factors: heavy makeup with dark eyes, false lashes, plumped lips (often achieved through fillers), Botox, spray tans and dark contouring.

'I believe how women in leadership present themselves sends a message to younger women,' Greene, 51, said during the interview.

'I have two daughters, and I've always been uncomfortable with how those women puff up their lips and enlarge their breasts,' she added of the cosmetic procedures some politicians have received in recent years.

'I've never spoken about it publicly, but I've been planning to.'

Her outspoken statement was part of two years of conversations the lawmaker had with the Times, and comes after she has denied having any plastic surgery herself.

On Instagram, Greene often raves about her love for sports and working out, and has preached to her followers about the importance of an active lifestyle on numerous occasions.

Just this past weekend, the Congresswoman took to social media to share a video of herself going paddleboarding at the beach, something she seems to enjoy regularly.

She's also shared multiple videos of herself lifting heavy weights, including one in May 2024, where she wrote in the caption that she has achieved her body not through surgery but from working out.

The clip showed Greene in what appeared to be her home garage, as she donned a pair of athletic shorts and a tank top while lifting a super heavy barbell above her head.

'Yes my body is built and strong NOT with nips, tucks, plastic or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle,' Greene wrote in the caption at the time.

'Soon turning 50 years old, God willing, I will continue to lift, run, swim, play sports, surf, ski, climb and LIVE this life to the fullest and enjoy every single moment!' she continued.

In the past, she's even offered pointers for weight-lifting to her followers, explaining why it was important to start off with light weights before moving to heavier ones.

'Diligently and consistently training is essential to maintaining your strength and your health,' she wrote one post.

'Always warm up your weights moving from light to heavier before starting your sets. Don’t go heavy and start cold, that leads to injury.'

'Also, practice good movement at lighter weights so that you move well when the bar is heavy. Check your ego at the door and have fun!'

In addition to weightlifting, Greene also appears to enjoy running, as she and her daughter, Taylor, completed the Memorial Day Murph workout this past holiday.

She and her daughter posed for a picture after completing the challenge, as they both showed off their strong arm muscles.

'I am blessed to be able to honor those that are fallen fighting for our freedoms today doing Memorial Day Murph with my daughter Taylor,' the former Trump ally shared with followers at the time.

'Run one mile, 300 squats, 200 pushups, 100 pull ups and run one mile every Memorial Day. I’m thankful for those who sacrificed and I pray for their families as we will never forget.'

And it looks like there will be plenty of time for Greene to workout in the new year, as she is set to step down from her role in Congress.

She was for five years considered second-to-none when it came to defending Trump's every move and denouncing his critics as treasonous or traitors.

But Greene told the Times it was the death of Charlie Kirk on September 10 that sparked her change of heart towards Trump.

'After Charlie died, I realized that I'm part of this toxic culture. I really started looking at my faith. I wanted to be more like Christ,' she explained.
