When it comes to listening to music on the go, it can be hard to balance sound quality, comfort and situational awareness. That is, until now.
In truth, I had expected these HUAWEI earbuds to be similar to their last open-ear iteration, but was proven completely wrong when I got my hands on them
The case, to begin with, is as sleek and compact as my AirPods case, and upon opening I was met with the most unique looking earbuds I’ve ever seen, crossed over nice and neatly.

As well as looking great, they feel great, too, sitting comfortably on the ear without feeling heavy. In fact, I can hardly feel them when they’re on – a far cry from the aching ears I’ve experienced with earbuds gone by.
But this open-ear design doesn’t mean that the sound quality suffers. Crisp, clear and full-bodied, the earbuds’ sound quality is truly impressive - especially when I can still hear my surroundings.
